May we be convicted to attend church, not to "earn" favor with you (which is impossible) but to take up our position as part of the body of Christ and be functioning and active members of it.
God's promises show his blessings, and his blessings prove his promises.
Joshua 20
The cities of refuge are a foreshadowing of the absolute refuge we receive through the gospel of Jesus
Though not knowing Jesus, Joshua demonstrates Christ-like sacrifice on behalf of the people God called him to lead.

Actions begin in the heart. If we believe what God says is true, we will take the necessary steps to complete that faith.
